Bean Dip



  • 3/4 lb of ground beef
  • 1 can of refried beans
  • 4-6 oz Velveeta Cheese
  • 12 to 3/4 cup of Ketchup
  • 4-5 shakes of Tabasco
  • 1 Tablespoon Chili Powder




Cook beef and drain fat

Return meat to pan

Cut velveeta into small chunks 

Add all ingredients to pan and simmer until cheese is melted, stirring frequently 

You may need to adjust ingredients to taste
