Ingredients:
- 2 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1/2 Large Onion diced
- 2 Teaspoons Garlic
- 1lb Turkey - ground Turkey Breast
- 1/2 Teaspoon Kosher Salt
- 2 14oz Can of diced tomatos
- 1 small can of tomato paste
- 1 Can Black Beans - drained
- 1 Can Chili Beans - medium sauce
- 1/2 Can Corn
- 3/4 Cup Marinara
- 14oz Chicken Broth
- 1/2 Teaspoon Red Pepper Chili Flakes
- 1/2 Teaspoon Smoked Paprika
- 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
- 2 Tablespoons Chili Powder
- A few dashes of Tobasco
Directions
- Saute ground Turkey in 2
Tablespoons of Olive Oil with onion and garlic until no longer pink.
- Add Turkey and the remain
ingredients to a large Dutch Oven (pot) and simmer for 1 hour covered.
