Turkey Chili

Ingredients:

  • 2 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1/2 Large Onion diced
  • 2 Teaspoons Garlic
  • 1lb Turkey - ground Turkey Breast
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Kosher Salt
  • 2  14oz Can of diced tomatos
  • 1 small can of tomato paste
  • 1 Can Black Beans - drained
  • 1 Can Chili Beans - medium sauce
  • 1/2 Can Corn
  • 3/4 Cup Marinara
  • 14oz Chicken Broth
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Red Pepper Chili Flakes
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Smoked Paprika
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
  • 2 Tablespoons Chili Powder
  • A few dashes of Tobasco

 

Directions

  1. Saute ground Turkey in 2 Tablespoons of Olive Oil with onion and garlic until no longer pink.
  2. Add Turkey and the remain ingredients to a large Dutch Oven (pot) and simmer for 1 hour covered.
