Spinach Casserole
Ingredients:
- 2 pkgs Frozen Chopped Spinach
- 4 Tbls of UNSALTED butter
- 2 Tbls flour
- 2 Tbls Chopped Onion
- ½ cup evaporated milk
- ½ cup water from cooked spinach
- ½ tsp. black pepper
- ¾ tsp. celery salt
- ¾ tsp. garlic powder
- 4 oz Habanero Chedder Cheese (Shredded)
- 4 oz Pepper Jack Cheese (Shredded)
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
Directions:
- Melt butter in sauce pan over low heat, add flour and stir until blended and smooth, but not brown.
- Add onion, cook until soft but not brown
- Add liquid slowly to avoid lumps
- Add seasoning and cheese, stir until melted
- Combine with cooked spinach
- Transfer to casserole dish and top with buttered bread crumbs
- Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees
