Ribs

Ingredients:

  • Ribs (1 Rack)
  • 1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 Tablespoon Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 Tablespoon Onion Powder
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Tablespoon Chili Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 Tablespoon Smoked Paprika
  • 1/2 Tablespoon Dry Mustard
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1/2 to 1 Teaspoon Cayenne

 

Directions

  1. Bake at 275 for 2 hours
  2. Drain liquid and add BBQ Sauce
  3. Broil for 5 minutes
