Ingredients:
- 20oz package of fresh Tortellini
- 1 tbsp Basil, dried
- 1 tbsp Oregano, dried
- 2 cups Spinach, fresh
- 2 15oz cans of diced Tomatoes
- 1 tsp Black pepper, freshly ground
- 2 tsp Salt
- 4 Cups of Chicken Broth
- 1 8oz block of cream cheese (Broken into chunks - easier to melt)
- 3/4 tsp red pepper chili flakes
Directions
Note: Add tortellini 30 minutes before serving
- Place all the ingredients except
the tortellini into your crockpot and stir them around to combine.
- Turn your crockpot on high and
cook for 4-5 hours.
- Stir occasionally to mix up the
melted cream cheese.
- Add Tortellini 30 minutes before
serving.
