Crockpot Tortellini Soup

Ingredients:

  • 20oz package of fresh Tortellini
  • 1 tbsp Basil, dried
  • 1 tbsp Oregano, dried
  • 2 cups Spinach, fresh
  • 2 15oz cans of diced Tomatoes
  • 1 tsp Black pepper, freshly ground
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 4 Cups of Chicken Broth
  • 1  8oz block of cream cheese (Broken into chunks - easier to melt)
  • 3/4 tsp red pepper chili flakes

 

Directions

Note: Add tortellini 30 minutes before serving

  1. Place all the ingredients except the tortellini into your crockpot and stir them around to combine. 
  2. Turn your crockpot on high and cook for 4-5 hours.
  3. Stir occasionally to mix up the melted cream cheese.
  4. Add Tortellini 30 minutes before serving.
