Ingredients:
- 12 ounces Boarshead London Broil (thinly sliced)
- 1 cup of shreaded Pepper Jack cheese
- 8 ounce package of crecent rolls
- 1 tablespoon butter melted
- 1 tablespoon everything bagel seasoning
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375
- Seperate the crecent rolls and lay on a cutting board. Carefully with a knife, cut each dough triangle lenghtwise into 2 narrow triangles.
- On the bottom of the triangle (the shortest side), lightly flatten about 1 1/2 inches of the dough.
- Layer the meat and cheese on the flattend portion.
- Roll from the meat and cheese end up to the tip of the dough triangle. Tuck the tip of the dough underneath the bottom.
- Lay the rolls on a baking sheet. Brush with melted butter.
- Sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning.
- Bake 14-16 minutes or until golden brown.
- Optional, serve wtih dipping sauces such as creamy horseradish, dijon mustard, garlic aioli, au jus, and cheese sauce.
