Honey Garlic Salmon Bites

Equipment:

  • Air Fryer

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound salmon fillet (skin removed - cut into 1-inch cubes)

Honey Garlic Marinade

  • 2 tablespoons of honey
  • 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
  • 2 cloves of garlic - minced
  • 1 teaspoon of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Start by preheating your air fryer to 400 degrees for 3-5 minutes.
  2. Create the honey garlic glaze by mixing honey, soy sauce, minced garlic and olive oil in a bowl.
  3. Cut the salmon into cubes and coat evenly with the glaze.
  4. Arrange the salmon bites in the air fryer basket, ensuring they don't overlap.
  5. Cook for 10-12 minutes, until the salmon is cooked through and the glaze has caramelized.

Notes: So good, I added a little red pepper chili flakes and herbs de Provence.  Let it marinate in fridge for about 2 hours.  Cooked in air fryer for about 9 minutes.
