Equipment:
Ingredients:
- 1 pound salmon fillet (skin removed - cut into 1-inch cubes)
Honey Garlic Marinade
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
- 2 cloves of garlic - minced
- 1 teaspoon of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Start by preheating your air fryer to 400 degrees for 3-5 minutes.
- Create the honey garlic glaze by mixing honey, soy sauce, minced garlic and olive oil in a bowl.
- Cut the salmon into cubes and coat evenly with the glaze.
- Arrange the salmon bites in the air fryer basket, ensuring they don't overlap.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, until the salmon is cooked through and the glaze has caramelized.
Notes: So good, I added a little red pepper chili flakes and herbs de Provence. Let it marinate in fridge for about 2 hours. Cooked in air fryer for about 9
minutes.
