INGREDIENTS
- 4 Medium Sweet Potatoes
- 1 tbs olive oil
- 4 tbs butter
- 4 tbs brown sugar
- 3 tsps ground cinnamon
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 425F. Wash and light scrub
potatoes. Drizzle with olive oil and rub oil all over skin. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 45-55 minutes or until fork pierces through the potato easily.
- Meanwhile, combine butter, sugar, and cinnamon
in a small bowl. Return to refrigerator until potatoes are ready to serve.
- Remove from oven and let cool slightly before
splitting open to serve. Top with a tablespoon of sweet cinnamon butter.
