Ingredients:
- 2 packages of Garlic & Herb Boursin Cheese
- 1 large tomato, diced (remove seeds and juice)
- 3-4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1.5 tablespoons of Olive Oil
- 1.5 tablespoons of Balsamic Glaze
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon of chili flakes
- Handful of chopped basil
Directions
- Start by placing two packages of Garlic & Herb Boursin Cheese on the countertop to soften for 15 to 20
minutes.
- While the cheese is softening, make the homemade bruschetta that's spooned on top of the Boursin cheese. In a
mixing bowl add the diced tomatos, garlic, olive oil, balsamic glaze, salt, pepper, chili flakes and basil. Stir the bruschetta to combine then let it sit for 5 minutes to give the salt time to
draw the excess moisture out of the tomatoes.
- Unrap the softened Boursin cheese then place it in a shallow dish or pie plate and spread it into an even layer using
the back of a spoon.
- Top the Boursin cheese layer with the bruschette and garnish with a drizzle of balsamic glaze and olive oil. We
serve it with Pita chips
- (Optional: bake at 350 for 10 minutes to soften.)
