Mary's Coffee Cake

Cake Batter Ingredients:

• 1 stick of softened butter
• 1 cup of sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 teaspoon of vanilla
• 1 teaspoon of baking soda
• 1 teaspoon of baking powder
• 1/2 teaspoon of salt
• 2 cups of flour
• 1 cup of milk

Sugar topping Mixture

• 1/2 cup of brown sugar
• 1/4 cup of white sugar
• 1 teaspoon of Cinnamon

Directions

1. Mix all cake batter ingredients together in a large mixing bowl.
2. Spray a 9X13 pan with cooking spray and then pour half the cake batter mixture into the pan.
3. Now sprinkle 1/2 the sugar topping mixture on top of the cake batter mixture.
4. Next, pour the remaining half of the cake batter mixture on top and sprinkle remaining sugar top mixture onto cake batter and swirl with a knife to mix in the sugar topping mixture.
