Substitute for Roka cheese

• 1 8oz  block of cream cheese softened
• 1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles
• 1/4 tsp white vinegar (optional)
• Mix well, smashing blue cheese until smooth
• 1/2 of this mixture is equal to 1 jar of Roka
