Chocolate Cake

Ingredients:

• 1 ounce Frangelico
• 1 ounce Vanilla Vodka
• 1 fresh lemon slice
• Sugar for rim (garnish)
• Simple Syrup (for rim if you are making one)

Directions - Layered Shot

1. Slice the Lemon - I do thin slices
2. If you are not going to rim your shot glass with sugar, dip a small slice or wedge of lemon into the sugar - set aside
3. If rimming the showglass do it now
4. Wet the rim of the glass by inverting into simple syrup or run a wet lemon wedge or slice around the lip of the glass and invert the glass into the sugar and shake to release the loose sugar.
5. Add the Frangelico to the prepared shot glass
6. add the vodka
7. Serve

Note: I put my Frnagelico and Vodka into a shake to chill it before putting it into the shot glass
