Ingredients:
- 4 Large Sweet Potatoes (baked at 400 for 45 to 60 minutes)
- 3 cups cooked and mashed sweet potatoes
- 2 eggs well beaten
- 3/4 cup of sugar
- 1/2 cup of butter (melted)
- 1 teaspoon of Vanilla
- 1/3 cup of milk
Topping:
- 1/2 cup of brown sugar
- 1/2 cup of chopped pecans
- 1/4 cup of flour
- 2 1/2 tablespoons of melted butter
Combine all the ingredients and mix well. Sprinkle on top of casserolebefore baking.
Directions:
- Combine sweet potatoes, sugar, butter, eggs, vanilla and milk in a bowl. Mix well with a mixer. Pour into a casserole dish and cover with toppings.
